If your URL is unforgettable, then it can be effectively exploited through conventional media (Press / Radio / TV). Remember it is important that the URL is easy to spell and the shorter the name generally the more memorable. The very best URL’s are the ones, which are both descriptive and memorable.

Of course some domain names being sold do have some very obvious uses which the seller may believe should command a higher consideration and in many cases this is true, therefore they may well wish to hold out for the right buyer
As a general rule domain names with the .com extension are more expensive than any others closely followed by the country sepcific variations such as .co.uk
